At Quella Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if your new bicycle or gear isn't perfect, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition and securely packaged in their original box to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Bike
Carefully disassemble any components you added and place the bike back into its original Quella shipping crate, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent transit damage.
Arrange Collection
Once your return is approved, we will help you schedule a courier pickup or provide a shipping label for you to drop off the package at a designated sporting goods logistics hub.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the returned equipment upon arrival at our warehouse; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
